第４回European Conference on Coastal Lagoon Researchの発表から構成されたHydrobiologiaの特集号の記事全部が、オンラインで読めるようになったとの連絡が入りました。
日本にはLagoon（潟）だけの学会はないのですが、Lagoonは閉鎖的であること、汽水という特殊な塩分環境であることから、ヨーロッパ（地中海沿岸を含む）ではLagoonに特化した学会が数年おきに開かれています。今年はチュニジアで開催されたようです（行き損なった！）。
